Club Welcome Message

Greenock Speakers Club provides a friendly, nurturing environment to speakers of all skill levels.

At a club meeting three members give prepared speeches of their own choosing. These commonly last 6 to 8 minutes each.

There is also a Topics session during which members have the opportunity to make a short 2 or 3 minute impromptu speech on allocated, and usually topical, subjects.

All speakers are given friendly, helpful feedback, in a positive way, by experienced fellow members. It is feedback given in this positive atmosphere that helps us become better speakers.

If you'd like to see what we do you are welcome as a guest to observe the proceedings and experience a typical club meeting.

Our meeting schedule is shown on Page 2 - Season 2022 / 2023.

As a guest, there will be no pressure on you to ‘perform’ and I'm sure you will find the experience rewarding.
