We provide indoor and outdoor family games and all you need for outdoor dining with a BBQ and tools, a large outdoor table and six comfortable chairs.

Situated just 5 minutes from the beautiful and famous 'Black Rock Sands' beach on a safe and quiet 'cul-de-sac' area of the park with grassy play area, no through traffic and private parking.

Due to site rules we are unable to accommodate single-sex groups under any circumstances.

As this is a privately owned family caravan we DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING within the caravan.
