POSTAGE

Greenabella have been securely sending parcels all over the world since 1998. For parcels under 2kg sent within the UK, we use Royal Mail's services. Items under £20 in value will usually be sent second class unless you specifically request otherwise. All parcels will be insured to their full value. For parcels weighing 2-10kg we tend to use Collect Plus, though we're happy to use any courier you wish on request. Parcels over 10kg will be dealt with on a case by case basis to ensure we're getting you the best price and service.

Greenabella will post non-export controlled items anywhere in the world. Any items that are restricted from export outside the UK will be noted as such. Parcels over 2kg will be significantly more expensive to send, and will usually be handled by a courier like DHL or UPS. Due to previous mishaps, items sent to Italy, Greece and China MUST be sent via a tracked and signed service.
