Log into the OHID Portal. Once logged in, select the "Educator Licensure and Records App. If it's not already under "My Apps", go to the App Store and search for the app. Selecting "Department of Education " for a filter will help locate it. Once found, select "Request Access". It will then show up under "My Apps".
2. Once in the Educator Licensure app, find your current permit and select "Renew" from the "Action" drop down box.
3. You will need to provide the Great Oaks Superintendents signature. To do this, select "Find" next to the Superintendent signature box. Enter Great Oaks in the Organization Name box and click on "Find Organization. Then click "Select" under action.
4. Complete the form, review, and submit. Once submitted, the application will appear under "My Application Status".
