●  Camping areas will be along marked "roadways or clearways" leading to the H.Q. and Port-a-potties area, in a manner that should reduce the need for participants to shortcut through others campsites. Please ask your group to respect others campsites and walk around them.

●  The camping field is fairly ROUGH either stubble or summer fallow, so be prepared- have durable ground sheets. The surface may be fairly dusty by the weekend. Bring rakes and shovels.

●  Scout Uniforms are not required, however, participants should wear their group neckerchief to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.

The adults with the ‘Patrol’ may carry a FRS radio on Channel 9 to contact HQ in case of emergency only. Scouts can have their flashlights with them as well in case they get lost from their group.

●  Leaders who accompany Scouts during the Great Escape Event Saturday evening must be courteous to all participants when sorting out disputes.

●  Please note: Scout leaders who prevent "their" (or any) Venturers from tagging Scouts will have their Scout Patrol disqualified.

●  Also in line with the them: Scouts may offer "bribes" to avoid being tagged - but Venturers are not required to honour the bribe.
