1. Register as a member of 'Granthasaala'. For this please contact the people in the 'Contacts list'.
2. Members can select books from the list of books provided.
3. Only two books can be borrowed at a time.
4. Books requested can be collected from the WMF Malayalam class at Ojima on Saturdays, between 11 to 11.30 am.
5. Books requested on or before Wednesday of a week can be collected on Saturday of the same week. Books requested later can only be collected on Saturday of following week.
6. Members are required to pay a caution deposit of 1000 yen on borrowing the books.
7. The deposit will be returned once the issued books are returned in the same condition as when borrowed.
8. Books are to be returned after the borrow period of 14 days.
9. Books can be renewed for a maximum of 14 extra days, i.e. a member can keep the borrowed books for a maximum borrow period of 28 days or one month.
10. Renewal requests need to be sent at least 2 days before the book is due.
11. If not returned in time, a fine of 100 yen is charged per week.
12. In cases where the books are damaged (torn, scribbled on, wet, illegible print, etc.), a certain amount will be deducted from the caution deposit.
Note: Books are precious and irreplaceable. It is hence recommended that readers handle the books with care.
