Dear Granby Rifle & Small Arms Club members,

You may be aware that on Friday May 25th 2018 a new European Union privacy law comes in to effect called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which affects any business or organisations worldwide holding personal data about EU Citizens. This new law has two main objectives:

This could include email addresses, telephone numbers and addresses. This information is kept only in regard to maintaining your club membership and stored securely and will not be passed on to any other parties without your written consent.

At this time, we need your assistance before Friday May 25th 2018 in order that we may continue to store this information. If you have any issues with the holding of your data would you please contact mckpage@aol.com as soon as possible.

Our Data Privacy Policy is posted on the clubs website ( G D P R ). If you require a hard copy you can request this from the same email address already stated.
