GRACE HAVEN GUEST AGREEMENT

Reservations are not transferable. The person making the reservation must be present (unless purchasing a gift certificate)

Cabins to be used by registered guests only.

NO OUTSIDE VISITORS PLEASE

1. Check out time: 11am (Unless otherwise agreed upon by the Management, a later check out will incur extra charges)

2. Credit cards are required to obtain a reservation. We reserve the right to obtain photo and other identification upon arrival. Cash and checks may be used for payment but credit cards are always required to be on file.

3. Named guest is responsible for their party’s behavior while upon the premises and in the cabin and agrees to abide by any requests made by the Management regarding use of facilities or behavior of themselves and their party

4. All cabins are non-smoking. Smoking or smoke present in a cabin will incur a min. $200 per day charge for deep cleaning of the cabin and every day it is un-rentable due to infraction. Guests should ensure that doors and windows are closed if they smoke on the deck.

5. Cleaning Fee applies for excessive cleaning or damages made by guests. Extra cleaning charged at $20 per hour.

6. Please keep white guest towels for removing "make up" separate from colored ones to prevent "bleaching" them

6. Guests with pets should come with their own dog bedding. All linens in cabin are for human use only and dog hair found on any linens in cabin will incur an extra cleaning charge. No dogs on any furniture please. Guests will be liable for any damage or soiling of the cabin.
