POSITIONING STATEMENT
Membrane scientist with 7+ years of specializing in the preparation of thin film composite (TFC) and thin film nanocomposite (TFN) nanofiltration, forward osmosis and reverse osmosis membranes. Additionally, I have practical experience in developing hollow fiber and flat sheet ultrafiltration and microfiltration membranes, complemented by a strong aptitude in thin film fabrication via chemical vapor deposition (CVD). As a skilled chemist, I possess over six years of proficiency in active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) process research at a pharmaceutical R&D center, with a synthetic background in handling and synthesizing air-sensitive chemicals. I have demonstrated hands-on expertise in characterizing organic molecules using various analytical techniques, including NMR, mass spectrometry, SEM, EDX, TEM, BET, FT-IR, GC-MS, HPLC, LC-MS, TGA, UV-Vis, DSC, and XRD. Additionally, I am proficient in synthesizing polymers and nanomaterials for applications in separation and energy sectors.
