A walkthrough of the GPS Benchmark mobile phone application (continued):
7) As data is collected, the app shows horizontal, vertical (if ground truth altitude is entered), and estimated horizontal accuracy error statistics that are continuously updated in real-time. The red marker shows an average of the last X number of fixes (adjustable via Settings).

8) When you've collected enough data, select "Stop Test" via the menu.
9) You will be shown a wait screen while the summary statistics (e.g., percentiles) are calculated. This may be several minutes for large data sets (e.g., > 3600 samples), depending on the speed of your phone's CPU.

10) You'll be asked if you want to email the results. If yes, you'll be shown a list of apps you can choose to send the email.
12) After closing the email app, the results are also shown on the screen for quick review.
11) Enter the destination email address to send the results, with data in zip file, to yourself or others for review (see Results for examples)
