Monthly:  

  $650.00 (plus electric) April - December

  $725.00 (plus electric) January - March       

Weekly:  

  $275.00 (includes electric) April -December           

   $295.00 (includes electric) January - March

 Daily:  

 $55.00 (includes electric)

                                                        Rates include Water, Sewer & use of all Good Life RV Resort Facilities.

(Rates Based on 2 PERSON Occupancy.) 

($5.00 per additional person per day or $125 per month)

A convenience fee of 3% on all credit card transactions over $500.00 

A $200.00 deposit required for reserving site for the following season.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: No Refunds on or after arrival. Cancellations require a thirty (30) day notice, and an $25 cancellation fee will be charged.

If cancellation is less than thirty (30) days, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Reservations for LESS than 3 months will be accepted after November 15.

Seasonal takes site preference over Monthly.

Electric Charged for MONTHLY.

A $50.00 Electric meter deposit for Monthly resident and will be credited to last Electric Bill.

    Storage Fee: $45.00 plus 7% sales tax   per month.  Must have a signed co

Dump Fee: $ 20.00 for NON-RESIDENTS.
