Reservation Policy

A deposit is required to reserve all seasonal and monthly sites.

All deposits are non-refundable and guarantee your reservation.

                                                        Rates include Water, Sewer & use of all Good Life RV Resort Facilities.

(Rates Based on 2 PERSON Occupancy.) 

($5.00 per additional person per day or $125 per month)

A convenience fee of 3% on all credit card transactions over $500.00 

A $200.00 deposit required for reserving site for the following season.

Seasonal & Monthly Stay Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Good Life RV Resort, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all of our guests. The following policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and early departures for seasonal and monthly reservations.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to secure all seasonal and monthly reservations.

Deposits are applied toward the total balance of the stay.

Full payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking.

Cancellations (Prior to Arrival)

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

All deposits made to reserve a seasonal or monthly site at Good Life RV Resort are non-refundable. By submitting a deposit, guests acknowledge and agree that the reserved site is being held exclusively for their use and removed from availability to other guests.

Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, changes in travel plans, early departures, or no-shows.

Seasonal Reservations

Seasonal reservations require a non-refundable deposit of $ 1975.00 to hold the site.

Once the seasonal term begins, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Early Departures

No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused days once a guest has checked in.

Guests are responsible for the full duration of their reserved stay.

No Shows

Reservations not honored on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a “no show,” and all payments/deposits will be forfeited.

Policy Acknowledgment

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation and refund policy.

Policies & Guest Information

At Good Life RV Resort, our goal is to provide a relaxing, well-maintained environment where guests can truly enjoy the experience. The following policies are designed to ensure fairness, availability, and a high standard of living for all residents.

Reservations

Reservations for stays of less than three (3) months will be accepted beginning November 15.

To maintain consistency and availability, seasonal reservations are given priority over monthly stays.

Electric Service

Electric service is separately metered and billed for all monthly, seasonal and annual guests.

A $50.00 electric meter deposit is required for monthly stays and will be credited toward your final electric bill.

Storage

Storage is available for $45.00 per month, plus applicable sales tax.

A signed storage agreement is required prior to storage.

Dump Station (Non-Residents)

Dump station use is available for $20.00 per use for non-residents.
