Good Job Painting Services by provides the following warranties on workmanship and materials furnished as specified in the contract.

All work is guaranteed for ___ year from date of completion. Should a defect appear, Good Job Painting Services will make or to be made

such repairs or replacement, at its option, to restore the effected area to an acceptable level at no cost to the customer. All materials are covered

by manufacturers warranty; Good Job Painting Services will make or cause to be made such repairs or replacements at its option to restore

affected areas to an acceptable level at no cost to customer.

This warranty excludes water intrusion / wicking / capillary action that could cause paint to fall in some areas; all excludes substrate failure.

ALL WARRANTIES ARE PERSONAL TO THE OWNER AND ARE NOT TRANFERABLE TO ANY SUBSEQUENT OWNER OF THE PREMISES.

In order to obtain performances of any of the above warranty obligations, the customer must contact Good Job Painting Services in writing

at the address lists on the contract and then advise Good Job Painting Services of the defects or problems at the earliest possible date

and before the warranty period expires.

WARANTY VALID ONLY IF :

 Payments are received in strict accordance with the payment schedule of the contract.
