Are there any HOA fees for Goldside Estates?
Yes, currently there is a fee of $120 per quarter. Checks can be made to Goldside Estates Homeowners Association and mailed to PO Box 943 Oakhurst, CA 93644. Fees notices and a quarterly newsletter are mailed in January, April, July and October. For more information contact Sara Bolton, Bookkeeper at goldsideestateshoa@outlook.com or (209) 347-7365.
What utility companies are used in the area?
There is a sewage system set up by the County of Madera that is also billed monthly. Please call the Madera County office at (559) 675-7820 for service inquiries.
Water is provided by California American Water, Customer Service (888) 237-1333, M-F 7am to 7pm (Emergencies 24/7).
Trash pick-up is provided by Emadco Disposal Service in Oakhurst. Please contact (559) 683-4680 for more information.
Are there HOA meetings and who can attend?
Yes. Homeowners meetings are the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 5:30pm. All members of the neighborhood are welcome and encouraged to come!

Neighborhood Alert Program:
There is a neighborhood alert program in effect via email. If you are interested in receiving an alert when one comes up, please contact a board member with your email address and it will be passed on to the alert program coordinator. Please note that all email addresses are confidential and will not be published or shared with others.
If you would like to start a group or are currently in a group within the neighborhood and would like the information to be shared with others, please contact a board member and it can be added to our website.
