Exercise Classes

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

10:00 AM - 10:45 AM

Join us in exercising to a 40 minute video tape.

Aerobics Classes

Monday-Thursday

5:15 PM - 6:15 PM

Monday & Wednesday are Step Aerobics.

Tuesday & Thursday are Floor Aerobics.

All classes include body toning.

Cost is $2.00 per class, or

$1.00 per class if paid monthly in advance.

What you'll need: comfortable shoes, a good

pair of cross-training shoes, a hand-towel and a bottle of water. Aerobic step, hand weights and mats are provided (in a limited amount).
