Seeking Crude Oil REF 20140701

We are seeking crude supplier for two small end-users in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Rail delivery preferred. Each contract to be between 10,000 and 30,000 bbls per month for 12 months. Prefer option to renew. Price will be determining factor. Both buyers are well established, and financially qualified.
