Society History

The GKN Midlands Golf Society was formed in 1980 by Mac Bell and Claude Wilkinson who both worked at GKN Technology in Wolverhampton. We continue to meet twice a year, holding a spring event in May and an Autumn event in September at various Golf Clubs around the Midlands.

The Society has members from various past GKN companies including GKN Technology, GKN Sankey, GKN Head Office, GKN Driveline, etc as well as golfers who have had some association with GKN.

The Society welcomes past employees of GKN as well as friends and associates, to join our friendly golfing society.

Membershipis now free and then pay for events when they are arranged.
