I have a PhD in Computer Science, and now I am training in Cancer Evolution with Andrea Sottoriva (ICR). I develop new methods to measure cancer evolutionary dynamics from genome sequencing data.

- REVOLVER (Repeated Evolution in Cancer) is out in Nature Methods, with coverage from BBC and other media.- The TRACERx consortium used algorithms from our tool TRONCO (Translational Oncology) to analyse kidney cancer progression.
