The house is 200 meters from the Loire, with many opportunities for excursions by bike or onfoot.

The train station is 200 m, which can come by train or learn from Angers or Nantes without taking your car.

All the shops are just a few meters, bakery, deli, cafe-tabac and three restaurants.

A large area is located 400 m.

July and August, the town sets up a summer pool lifeguard on the beach on the other side of the bridge with beach toys and umbrellas.

Its also a great place for sinners, who will find bait, equipment and fishing card in shops of the town.

Our comfortable cottage consists of a dining room on the ground floor with a kitchen open to living.

It accesses two bedrooms upstairs in the tower escalière (with a boat mast in the center), one with two beds 90 and the other with a large comfortable bed 140.

A bathroom with shower teak whirlpool and toilets are on the same floor.
