Curriculum vitae

I am a Professor of Economics at the University of Bologna.

After my Laurea from the University of Bologna, I received my PhD in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995. 

My main research interests are in political economy and macroeconomics. Among other journals I have published in the American Journal of Political Science,  British Journal of Political Science, European Economic Review, Journal of the European Economic Association, Review of Economic Dynamics, and Review of Economic Studies.

I am a research fellow of CESifo.
