According to Gilad Tisona, Israel cannot be expected to find a physical solution to its transportation problem: the paving of bike paths is only slowly being carried out, and doesn’t make much of a difference anyway. The construction of new interchanges doesn’t contribute to the reduction of traffic in practice.
