About Me

EDUCATION

I am an assistant professor (maitre de conferences) at Telecom Paris, within the group of digital communications.

I did my postdoc jointly with Prof. Carlo Fischione (Dept of Network Systems and Engineering, KTH), and Prof. Mikael Skoglund (Dept of Information Science and Engineering, KTH) .

I received my MS in Information Networking in 2011 from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), USA, and PhD in Electrical Engineering from KTH in 2016 (under the supervision of Prof. Mikael Skoglund , Prof. Mats Bengtsson and Dr. Taejoon Kim). I was also working with Prof. James Gross (KTH), and a visiting student at the City University of Hong Kong (with Dr. Taejoon Kim). More details can be found my CV (in pdf).

RESEARCH INTERESTS

Optimization for large-scale learning, interpretable models for machine learning, machine learning for resource allocation, optimization for millimeter-wave communication, distributed optimization of wireless networks

INTERESTS

I have a deep interest in all sorts of music, ranging from classical, blues, jazz, all the way to heavy metal. I also play guitar and was in band for most of my high-school years. I am quite keen on reading french literature and history, and watching all-time movie classics.
