Gergely ÖLLÖS obtained his Ph.D. and M.Sc. degree in Technical Informatics from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Budapest, Hungary in 2016 and 2008, respectively. He was an IEEE, ComSoc and HTE member since 2011 and a High Speed Networks Laboratory member since 2008, which is a research laboratory cooperating with Ericsson. He was a project leader at WetCom s.r.o., Bratislava, Slovakia, in 2008 where he designed and built a laser stabilization controller for accurate positioning along with its communication firmware. He worked at NOKIA, Komárom, Hungary in 2008 as High Frequency Radio Engineer, P2P and C lecturer. In the last few years he worked on a neural network based navigation system and built a robot for demonstration for which he received diplomas in Prague and Budapest in 2008 and 2007, respectively. Between 2004 and 2006 he was a Harsányi János college member, where he mostly studied processor design on RTL and transistor level. Now his interests lie predominately in the area of low-power wireless networking and machine learning.
