The book on discipleship would focus upon spiritual formation or Christian discipleship in the context of the concerning for human flourishing.

The book on the Christian Life would focus on the importance of the Christian community in the formation of individual Christian life, and would then present an ethic of the Christian life that gives priority to the word of God. It will view the Christian life as our desire to live the Lord's Prayer, using the two great commandments identified by Jesus to love God and neighbor, and using the Ten Commandments to give further content to that love. I will incorporate at appropriate places I Corinthains 13, the Beatitudes, the Household Rules, and the various lists of virtues and vices we find in the New Testament.
