は - Topic（やまださんは にねんせいです。Yamada is a sophomore/second-year student.）
に - Specific Point in Time; Goal (Direction) of Action（じゅうじに クラスに いきます。I (will) go to class at ten.）
も - "too," "also" （わたしは いちねんせいです。えみさんも いちねんせいです。I am a freshman/first-year student. Emi is also a freshman/first-year student.）
ね - Confirmation and Expressing or Expecting Agreement （このとんかつは おいしいですね。This pork cutlet is delicious, isn't it?）
よ - Assuring（すしは さかなですよ。Sushi is fish (I assure you).）
の - Possessive and Noun Modification（けんじさんは たけしさんのおにいさんです。Kenji is Takeshi's older brother）
へ - Destination（きょう としょかんへ いきます。I will go to the library today.）
Note: The difference between Particle へ and Particle に when used with motion verbs is that へ only follows place names whereas に can follow activities/events.
Ex. あした ともだちのいえ[に/へ] いきます。(I will go to my friend's house tomorrow.)
しゅうまつ パーティー[に] いきます。(not パーティー[へ] いきます）(I will go to a party on weekend.)
にちようびに サッカーのゲーム[に] いきませんか。(not サッカーのゲーム[へ] いきませんか）(Would you like to go to a soccer game on Sunday?)
