Camp Rules

1. You must attend all meetings and other activities unless excused by the GEMS Camp Director.
2. No one is permitted to leave the camp grounds at any time without the permission of the Camp Director.
3. PLEASE BE PROMPT! Get to meals and meetings on time!
4. Waitresses be in the dining room setting tables while the rest of the campers are outside having devotions. Seating at meals is with your cabin campers.
5. The kitchen is off limits to all campers. The camp operated store is available at scheduled times.
6. No cell phones are allowed during camp activities! Cell phones must be left off and in the cabin throughout the day and evening camp activities and may only be turned on at night in your cabin after all the day’s activities are complete! If you are found to be using a cell phone “illegally” your camp counselor or the Camp Director will hold it for you and return it at the end of camp.
7. Any injuries are to be reported to your cabin counselor and Camp Director immediately.
8. Please wear your name tags at all times! We want to know who you are!!
9. Please show respect for all the counselors, speakers, song leaders, and staff of Camp Foster. Participate with enthusiasm. This camp is being held for you and you chose to come!
10. Shoes must be worn at all times outside your cabins. Swimming is the only exception.
11. Only water bottles and snacks are allowed in the cabins. No soda or juice.
12. Try to make friends with someone you don’t know. This is a great chance to make a lasting FRIEND!
