Geary County Fish and Game Association

Welcome to the Geary County Fish and Game Association web site. The Association is an outdoor sporting and conservation education organization staffed by dedicated volunteers.

The Association operates an outdoor education and range complex called Sportsmans' Acres near Milford Lake, Junction City Kansas. The facility has 3 trap ranges, a pistol/rifle range and also an archery range with a 3D archery trail. The Association is committed to sharing the outdoor sporting traditions and teaching good conservation practices.

The ranges are open to the public but we also have an Association membership option. The public can utilize our facilities on a per use fee basis. Membership dues are $35 per calendar year and members are given discounts on range fees and can participate in special club activities.

The Association, its members and other partners support and have many special events throughout the year. We host hunter safety courses, NRA Certified firearm courses, special youth only pheasant hunts, Women on Target shooting program for women, disabled hunter deer hunt, adult and youth trap leagues, and provide a venue for environmental education.
