Accommodation info

Due to the nature of this GCE adventure, the accommodations are in shared rooms in hotels and cottages (see below).

The organizers have booked a number of double/twin rooms in different hotels and cottages as follows:

11th - 12th July 1 night Imatra, South-Karelia FIN

12th - 14th July 2 nights Koli, North-Karelia FIN

14th - 16th July 2 nights Ruka, Kuusamo FIN

16th - 17th July 1 night Levi, Lapland FIN

17th - 18th July 1 night Nordkjosbotn, Troms NOR

18th - 20th July 2 nights Andenes, Lofoten NOR

20th - 21st July 1 night Kabelvåg, Lofoten NOR

Average rate in double/twin room is approx. 73,00 EUR /person/night. The rate includes bed&breakfast (dinner is otional).

Binding registration prior January 31st 2019, which is the deadline for accommodation reservations.

Deposit needed latest at February 15th 2019. You will receive detailed payment instructions with your final registration confirmation in early February 2019.
