Students and Parents, welcome to this Global Awareness Technology Project orientation and resource site! It is provided to build your understanding of the Global Awareness Technology Project or GATP for short. Let's take a look at the main steps you will follow to complete your project. Your teachers will provide many more details describing all the steps to complete your project.

1. Explore the Essential Question and find a topic and place that interests you.

2. In your group, refine your question, and brainstorm your “question’s questions” (what do you need to know) and possible resources.

3. Begin research, taking careful notes and writing down your sources!

4. Synthesize your information to answer your question, including a graphic organizer.

5. Create a technology-based way to present information, analysis and conclusion.

6. Present your fabulous project!
