Each adult member must sign.

3. Authorization to Release Information

One per adult member.

4. DPS Computerized Criminal History

One per adult member.

5. Tracker Criminal Background

One per adult member.

ONLY if your ID is from outside the state of Texas.

There is a $15 application fee that must be brought to the office or mailed to the office made payable to Gateway Apartments. (Check or Money Order Only)
