I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at Jinan University (Guangzhou) and a Research Affiliate at the Institute of Labor Economics (IZA). My research area is labor economics, with a current focus on the career development of the scientific research workforce, the gender inequality, and how institutional constraints shape both.
