Structure at Juvenile Level
Management Team
A Management team is assigned to each age group. The Management team's responsibility includes:
Organising training sessions
Developing the skill level of all players
Ensuring matches are played as fixed
Informing parents of upcoming events and training
First point of contact with the club, for parents and children, for any questions or issues
Player welfare, ensuring all players get equal opportunity
Manages the equipment, footballs, kit, etc.
Players
The player's responsibilities include:
Take a full and active part in all training sessions
Take part in matches as required
Conform to club rules on playing attire, wearing of mouth guard, etc.
Prioritize playing for own team, even if requested to play at a higher level by the club
Show respect to club, management & mentors, other players, and clubs
Adhere to the club code of conduct, available here.
Parents
Parental responsibilities include:
Bring child to training, on-time
Inform trainer of non-attendance, especially for upcoming matches, and blitzes
Ensure child has and wears mouth guard at all training sessions and matches
Attend matches/blitzes to provide support and encouragement for your child
Inform trainer of any issues, medical or personal, that may affect the safety of the child
Ensure child is registered with the club, and annual membership is paid up, (covers insurance, etc.)
