The CUBE18 structure is a new modular system designed for open storage space. Using aluminum square tubes 18x18 mm and multi-directional connectors, it is by far, our most diverse and functional product for space design.
CUBE18 Space structure is a combination of multiple elements, such as shelves, cabinet and drawers. It may be viewed as a furniture, an open space storage or a support frame. It can accommodate infinite construction possibilities and can be used in a wide range of environments.

Basically, we can make anything from SQ18 as long as the end product is a square or rectangular cuboid. However, in order to avoid high customization costs, please consult us about the relevant design logic.

In the initial stage, we encourage customers to design and discuss the configuration details with us. The following are some configuration options. Please indicate the location of e.g. shelves and drawers in the drawing. The option of not placing anything on the frame is not shown here but as it is, is also part of the design.

Shelf can be placed on top or in-between.
(For in-between shelves, use 18mm thick wood board or 5mm/8mm thick glass to fit in and flushed with the profile)

It can eiher be slot-into -frame type or cover- the-frame type.

Side Panel can be fixed by routing a groove on both the top and bottom edges of the 18mm thick wood board, similar to tongue and groove joint. Drawer slides or hinges can then be installed on it.

In order to expedite the communication and shipping process, we provide standard lengths for customers to self assemble. We keep stock from 84 mm, up till 1164 mm.
Any length in between, add 50 mm times whatever the desired number, e.g. 214/264/314/364 ... 714/764/864 mm. After which, add 100 mm times whatever the desired number, e.g. 964/1064/1164 mm.

We have to use more material (50 mm x 2) than the requested length, e.g. if the required length is 254 mm, we will have to use 364 mm.
Try as much as possible to use our standard lengths to reduce cost.

We have a variety of aluminum profiles to meet diverse designs. We hope that customers can take some time to study about them as by putting them together, there can be many construction possibilites.
1. CB : non-functional profile, commonly used for depth and height
2. CB16 : butterfly wing-like profile, horizontal usage, used for supporting shelves and drawers. etc.

Basic aluminum square tube used mainly vertically. We can provide holes for the fixing of wood shelves.
CBT / CBE / CBB
CBT / CBE / CBB
Extension of CB profile. This profile has a protruding structure which allows the wood board to be fixed to it in a tongue and groove joint. The side panels can then be installed with drawer slides or hinges.
CB16
CB16
Extension of CB profile. One side of the profile has a butterfly wing -like structure so that either a glass panel or a wood board can be inserted and placed on it with the top surface flushed nicely with the profile.

CB16T / CB16E / CB16B
Composite model of CB16 and CBT/CBE/CBB . It is a multi-functional profile whereby glass or wood board can be inserted and placed on top of it whilst allowing side panels to be fixed to it in a tongue and groove joint.
