Welcome to the Baron Academic Foundation site. The Baron Academic Foundation (formerly FVHS Foundation) is a registered non-profit charitable corporation, under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN 33-0502439.
Whether you are a Parent, Teacher/Staff Member, Student, or Community Member, we would love to have you join us as we support FVHS students!
Our new logo designed by then-student, Meredith Lightbody, reflects our support of academic programs for FVHS Barons.
MEETINGS
Our meetings are usually held on the second Monday of each month when school is in session at 6:30PM in the FVHS Media Center/Library (due to Covid, meetings will be on Zoom until further notice). Please check the calendar on the right for dates (click "Look for More" to see later dates).
PURPOSE
To support students and their parents by providing information regarding academic issues and to maintain and enhance the learning environment with financial support directed to the classroom.
We can only do this through our parent membership, community partnerships and continued support. Please see our Membership Form. For more information on how you can benefit the Foundation, please contact the President.
TEACHERS:
Please see our Funding Proposal Request Form and Guidelines to find out how we can help you teach your students!

Foundation funds the Meg Kelly Memorial Scholarship to honor graduating FVHS seniors who demonstrate academic achievement balanced with a volunteer spirit and community involvement to support their future learning. Scholarships are awarded at Senior Honors Night.
