Max Crandall, or Max Mercury, is the Zen Master of Speed. He acted as Bart Allen's guardian when he was younger and taught the world's speedsters about the Speed Force. He also was responsible for bringing Bartholomew Allen III to Bart and Cissie. Learn more here.
