There are a towel, a bath towel, and a toothbrush.
A shampoo and a drier are in a large bath.
... A drier is not in each room.
We can use a large bath from AM 5:00 to AM 12:00. (can't use from AM 12:00 to AM 5:00

Onsen will be available during the whole time of your visit - bath towel provided! - at one time this onsen area catered for the whole of Tohoku region and the waters are reputedly very good indeed; see web site links for details.....
Akagawaya prides itself on its food and a 6 course dinner will be served, including sponsor beer, wine, soft drinks and water. They only serve fish and vegetables; please let us know other dietary needs required.
Breakfast will be both Japanese and Western style - well, bread and coffee!
Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Check in available from mid-afternoon.
Dinner on Friday and Saturday; we strongly recommend all who attend to join both the Friday and Saturday dinner; we assume that if you are staying overnight on Friday or Saturday you will eat dinner at the Inn. If however you are not staying overnight ie local hasher, you must let us know if you want dinner and mail us at run4h@yahoo.com.
The Sunday run will finish near Fukushima station. Nearby there is a public ofuro for cleansing, massage and relaxation.
