• Master students

  • Research topics are opened to all master students in our lab. Motivation is the key in the 2-year master program. We encourage students discover their research interests by reading related references, and fight for the one they picked. A master research includes collecting materials helpful for the work, completing the task by trying various possibilities, and putting all the result in a logical way into a thesis. This process develops the key ability for your future career.

• Ph.D. students

  • It's a great challenge to enroll in the phd program. Usually, it takes about 4-5 years to complete the research program. Students are expected to find the interested topic. Based on personal experience, the training in phd program is valuable and appreciated either in academic or industry. The skill and knowledge of a phd is sufficiently different from a master student, and thus the position and pay will be considerably different between them. Generally, the phd student is more like adviser's teammate rather than just a student. Fully discussion with potential adviser is highly recommended before making any decision.
