The Sanctuary is situated along the banks of the Moreleta River (Spruit) in Meyerspark, Pretoria. To the west lies the suburb of Silverton. To the east lies the suburb of Meyerspark. In the south, the boundary is Watermeyer Street and in the north Pretoria Road.
