Fremantle & Districts Model Railway Association (Inc).

The Fremantle based club is a hobby group which encourages modelling of trains for all ages. This allows for enthusiastic modellers with different interests to 

participate in the club.  It provides opportunities modellers to improve their skills and take part in all club activities.

We welcome new members who have an interest in trains.  Visitors are welcome anytime. 

·        HO/OO automatic Lay-outs (24’ x 9’  ~  7m x 3m) - can be run under automatic or manual control or DCC. 

·        N-gauge automatic Lay-out (16’ x 9’ ~ 5m x 3m) - which is currently  at another location.   

'        N gauge using T-Trak modules.  DC and  DCC  available - currently at another location.  Viewing on request.

'       N gauge  in the planning stage using N-Trak modules.  It will use DCC-EX software.

Where:    Outside the ‘old’ Fremantle Prison (Old Stables), accessible from south end of the main car park

                Please note that the car park is managed by the Fremantle City Council and fees do apply.

                                         When:    Wednesday afternoons:    1:00 pm – 5:00 pm.

               Saturday afternoons:         1:00 pm – 4:30 pm.

                Other days and times will be advised by the Secretary when special projects are required.

Fees:      Pay a one-time-only joining fee $20 to become a member and annual fee Adult/Senior $60, Junior/Student 15 years and above, $36, Family $72
