To attend your first FSRD practice, please follow these steps!
1. Fill out the Visit Request Form.
Not all practices are open to new skaters. This form is monitored, and you will receive a response within 48 hours with information about practice schedule and location.
2. Sign the FSRD waiver.
3. Round up your gear.
In order to skate, you must wear:
speed-style quad skates
knee pads
wrist guards
elbow pads
a helmet
a mouth guard
Equipment for Rent or Purchase
Mouth guards can be purchased for $3. Helmets can be purchased for $20.
Other equipment is available for monthly rental—it is brought to practice on an as-needed basis, so please make sure you communicate your gear needs in advance.
Please pay before taking equipment out of the venue:
Rent skates OR protective gear for a month: $10
Rent skates AND protective gear for a month: $20
Bundle one months' skate AND protective gear rental with helmet purchase and get a free mouthguard: $40

3. Come visit us!
You are welcome to visit FSRD as a prospective member two times before making an initial commitment to the league. After two practices, you will be asked to join the league officially, which will initiate a two-month introductory period.
