Short bio

I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Department of Economics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) since 2018. I graduated (2003), hold an M.Sc. (2005) and a Ph.D. (2010) in Economics form the Athens University of Economics and Business. After this I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Telecom ParisTech, as well as a researcher at various research projects at the Athens University of Economics and Business and other organizations.

My teaching experience includes both undergraduate and graduate programs at the NKUA, the Athens University of Economics and Business, SciencesPo (Paris), University of Ioannina and University of Macedonia. I was also an economist at the Market & Competition Monitoring Unit at Greek Regulatory Authority for Energy.  I am a member of the Coordinating Committee of the Postgraduate Program “Applied Risk Management”, Department of Economics at NKUA (2019 - ) and a member of the scientific committee for the research seminar series, Department of Economics at NKUA (2019 - ).

I have publications at international journals and have participated and presented my work at several international conferences and workshops. I am referee at international journals and part of the scientific book editing team of books in Microeconomics. My research and teaching interests are: Industrial Organization, Game Theory, Microeconomic Theory, Regulation and Competition Policy, Network Economics.
