The Zoning Enforcement Team strives to make sure properties within Loudoun County are in conformity with the governing Zoning Ordinances and Chapters 3 (exterior only) and 4 of the Virginia Maintenance Code. In recent years, the importance of the Enforcement Team has grown substantially, due to public concerns regarding residential overcrowding issues, a pro-active enforcement initiative within certain areas of the county, an agreement with the Commonwealth of Virginia to remove signs from Virginia Department of Transportation right-of-ways, and the enforcement of annual affidavits required for the certification of Affordable Dwelling Units. Loudoun County Sheriff's Office Traffic Complaint Form
Do you have a traffic complaint about Loudoun County traffic? Okay, okay... more specifically, a complaint involving traffic lights, speeding or stop signs?
If so, use the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office online traffic complaint form. It's a quick form to fill out. You just check the nature of the complaint, what day(s) it happened, the approximate time, location and a detailed description. You also have to leave your name and contact information, but not your e-mail address.
