Fowlis Wester Village Hall
The last Friday before Christmas has become the traditional night for Carols in the Square, instead of drinks night in the hall the Village gathers in the Square for some traditional carols accompanied with mulled wine and mince pies. This originated during Covid restrictions when we couldn't meet inside and celebrate the festive period, it really brought people together so has been continued every year since. The Pictish Cross is surrounded by tea lights and candles, song sheets handed out and mulled wine warmed.
