12/2010 Euphorbia World Publishes Our Feature!

It was often the case in Victorian homes that the lady of the house would grow tropical plants. In our case, we have a collection of tropicals in the bay window of our 2nd floor sitting room or lady's sitting room, also known as the Purple Room. Originating in Madagascar, one of the specimens is a very large unusual crown of thorns plant (Euphorbia milii Des Moul) which is over 40 years old. In December 2010, a feature was published about the plant in Euphorbia World, the journal of the International Euphorbia Society.
