BOOKS AND RECORDS
SECTION 7.1 General. The Corporation shall keep correct and complete books and records of account and shall also keep minutes of the proceedings of the Members, the Board, and committees having any of the authority of the Board, and shall keep at the registered office a record of the names and addresses of Members. All books and records of the Corporation may be inspected by any Member, or by the Member’s agent or attorney for any proper purpose at any reasonable time.
SECTION 7.2 Assessment Certificates. Any officer of the Corporation may issue, upon demand by any person, a certificate setting forth whether or not any Assessment has been paid. A reasonable charge may be made by the Board for the issuance of these certificates. If a certificate states an Assessment has been paid, such certificate shall be conclusive evidence of such payment.
