How it Works

We the use the latest 2020/21 hot tubs (also known as spa's) that come with a patented Jacuzzi system. The tubs include LED mood lighting,the whole water becomes a light show. The tubs are cleaned before delivery and are set up with the appropriate chemicals at the time of supply.

Each tub includes an insulated lid when not being occupied and is provided with an additional protective thermal mat under the spa.

The pump/heater is left running during the rental period to maintain the appropriate temperature. It is thermostatic so will only heat when required.

For a weekend hire your hot tub will be delivered to your door on a Thursday or Friday and collected on the Sunday or Monday, a midweek hire generally starts on a Monday and will be collected on Thursday. We will set the tub up and start filling with water and add the appropriate chemicals. The Hot tub will be left to fill. Once filled the customer will set the pump to heat. This normally take approximately 24 hours (dependent on outside temperature etc.). If you have a suitable mixer tap and a combination boiler the tub could be upto tempreture within 2 to 3 hours. The delivery and pickup dates are not set in stone and we will try and accommodate any different requirements (subject to availability) .

We of course can't guarantee the weather and we can supply commercial quality waterproof gazebo's, subject to availability. These include leg weights so they can be used on any surface, including patio's and decks. Gazebo's are useful even in the summer to protect from the sun, as you can't wear sun-cream in the tub. These include free optional side panels. Our Gazebo's come in two sizes, 3mx3m, or 2.5mx2.5m.

All we require is a flat area capable of supporting the filled weight of almost 1300 kg (together with the occupants),a patio, strong deck would be ideal. We can site on grass, however there is a greater chance of grass finding it's way into the water. We require an outside tap and power socket. If this is not available, we can bring the power lead through an open window,cat flaps etc. If you don't have an outside tap then we can often use one of our many tap adapters to use your kitchen tap. Please let us know at the time of booking of any special power and water requirements to ensure we can overcome any issues

Our Pumps have a built in RCD function for safety and the supplied insulated lid has child resistant catches.

We supply instructions appropriate quantity of chemicals / water test kit required for the period of hire.

We will then turn up at the end of the hire and empty the tub with our industrial pump down the nearest drain (max 10m away)and take it away.

These are great for couples, a girlie night in,a family get-together, kids summer parties,an anniversary, or simply to spoil yourself after a hard week. Your kids would be forever in your debt for arranging one for the best sleepovers or even an end of year celebration.

All our hot tubs we hire out are covered with £1 million public liability insurance.
