2024 Board Candidates needed.

We are seeking nominations to the HOA Board of Directors.

We have two (2) positions up for election at the January Annual Meeting.  

The current positions up for election are held by Greg Thompson and Aaron Armstrong.

If you are interested in running please complete and submit the Nomination form to the management company FORC...@cirmail.net.

Nomination form is attached and available on the website.

Deadline for submission of nominations is 27 December, 2023.

Late submissions are accepted **.

Once candidates submit the form, we will publish the information they provide on the website for Association.

** The sooner the better.  If you submit before the 27th, your name should appear as a candidate on the mailing that is sent announcing the Annual Meeting (Annual Meeting Date is set for 23rd of January).  If you get your nomination submitted before the electronic ballot "lock date," then your name will be on the electronic ballot. This date is a few days before electronic voting opens.  If you submit after that, we will post your information along with other candidates on the website, but voters will have to write in your name in order to vote for you.
