PCR simulation

SimPCR2 is a simulation module of the whole PCR process. It implements the simulation model described in Gill et al, Nucleic Acids Res. (2005). Forensim offers a user-friendly graphical interface that facilitates input of the simulation model parameters and generating DNA profiles. The user can choose the input parameters, and launch the simulations.

The output is a table of DNA profiles, along with their drop-out indicators. The interface also allows performing the logistic regression on the simulated data.
