Moreno Borriero - Fly Fishing Guide in Tuscany and Umbria was born in South Africa and moved to Italy in 1980 where he learned to Fly Fish in 1981. He has been a professional guide since 2002 and he has guided Fly Fishers from the 4 corners of the world: USA, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, South Africa, Australia, Japan and most countries in Europe. Moreno is president of the Friends of Fly Club and is actively involved in conservation projects and river management. He is alsoan active Bamboo rodmakerand is on the board of directors of the Italian Bamboo Rodmakers Association where he holds the position of of Vice Chairman, Press agent and PR.
