We ask that EACH family provide a refreshment item per the schedule below for the Performances.
Everything sold during intermission must come from us. While we have had some creative ones wow the crowds with theme treats, sweets of brownies, cupcakes and Whoopie Pies are always a big hit.
Individual bagged variety packs from Shaw’s and Market Basket or packaged snacks from BJ’s or COSTCO work just as well and are quick sellers too. We take anything and everything, just * Please make sure that items are NUT FREE!
To make it easiest for all, everything sells for $1.00. Please package any homemade cookies, brownie bites, etc. appropriately (2-3) in a baggie. Items such as cupcakes or large treats do not need to be individually wrapped; they can be displayed on platters. Either drop off disposable dishes or be sure your name is somewhere on them. Thanks
Donations should be dropped off in the MS cafeteria when you drop off your actor according to the schedule below:
· Last names beginning A – E please bring your donations for the Friday evening performance.
· Last names beginning F - N please bring your donations for the Saturday evening performance.
· Last names beginning O - Z please bring your donations for the Sunday Afternoon performance.
*All leftover baked goods will go to our hungry and hard working cast, chorus and crew after the last show on Sunday afternoon.
If your assigned day poses a particular burden, please know that we will gladly take your snacks another time or an additional time, for those who enjoy this type of thing!
