Rules & Expectations

Equipment: Shin guards are required for all, mouth guards are recommended for all and are required by some towns - please contact your coach.

Rules: There is no heading in under 12 soccer. Offsides will be called for 5/6 and be warned for 3/4. We will be breaking games into quarters to give kids mask breaks 6 feet apart.

US Youth Soccer states ...Without an opponent you do not have a match. The other team is crucial to having the chance to see how well you play and how you can improve. The opposing team is not the enemy. They are players like you who love the game. Show respect for your fellow players before, during and after the match; when the match is over shake hands in a sincere way. Win, lose or draw this gesture shows class on your part and respect for the game. This year, we will skip hand shakes and high fives. Yell a thank you!
